Geng Qing of Lanzhou Group Ltd. of China Railways says that the new train provides a much faster and more comfortable journey than used trains.
The Lanzhou-Chongqing railway was in operation at 29 September 2017. The road passes through the most mountainous and hilly parts of Western China along the 886 mile. Construction of the railway took 9 years.
