What is the e-Government Gateway?
The e-Government Gateway is a website that provides access to public services from a single point. The purpose of Kapı is to provide public services to citizens, businesses and public institutions effectively and efficiently with information and communication technologies.

How to Use the e-Government Gateway?
Authentication tools such as passwords, e-signatures or mobile signatures are required to access personal information or to access integrated electronic services that require security. You can get many integrated electronic services from the same address with a single authentication (password, e-signature, mobile signature, etc.).
In addition, when payment is required for some electronic services (such as taxes, fees, etc.) to be purchased through the e-Government Gateway, these payments can be made through the e-Government Gateway in a secure environment, thanks to the payment unit service.
What is Integrated Electronic Service?
Integrated electronic services are services that are integrated in the e-Government Gateway from electronic services provided by public institutions and can be accessed with a single authentication (password, electronic signature, mobile signature).
What is Authentication?
It is the verification that the people who want to benefit from the services are the people they suggest. Different tools can be used for authentication: Username and password, email and password, etc. e-Government Gateway uses ID number and password, e-signature, mobile signature, TC ID Card for authentication.
What are the E-Government Gateway's Conveniences?

Will I pay a fee to benefit from Electronic Services?

Where Can I Get the e-Government Password?
Submitting the password, personally, with the photo ID (ID card, identity card, passport and driver's license, attorney ID card, blue card, residence permit, judge and prosecutor ID cards, expired (valid) work permit card) with the TR ID number on it can be obtained from PTT Central directorates or authorized branches. In addition, a password can be obtained from PTT branches through the power of attorney or the guardianship document provided by the relevant judicial units.
The e-Government password can be obtained from Embassies and Consulates abroad. Detailed information on the subject can be obtained from the foreign representative offices.
However, if mobile signature, electronic signature or internet banking is used, a password can be created after logging into the e-Government Gateway with one of them. Introduction to the electronic identity card can be done with Türkiye.gov.t address and password can be created.

How Can I Change My Password?
For the first time, the user who logs in to the system with a password is automatically directed to the “Change Password” page for security reasons. Citizens logged in to the system after registration can change the password on the “My Password and Security Settings” page. In addition, citizens can perform the change of the password by getting a password again from PTT branches.
What to do if the password is forgotten, stolen or lost?
You can use the password renewal service for a new password in cases such as losing, forgetting or stolen the password. In order to use this application, you must have verified your mobile phone number or both your mobile phone number and e-mail at the e-Government Gateway from the contact information on your profile. If you do not do any of these operations, you must obtain a new password personally from PTT branches and Centers. How to Verify Mobile Phone and Email?

Can I Get a Password Online?

Who Can Get an e-Government Password?

How Can I Revoke My Password?
The e-Government gate password can be canceled by applying personally from PTT directorates or authorized branches by presenting the photo ID with the TR ID number. In cases of proxy or guardianship, the rules applied to obtain a password also apply to cancellation of the password.
Is Password Paid?
When the password was first received, as a transaction cost by PTT 2 TL are charged. For any password to be obtained from PTT for any reason after the first password, 4 TL fee is paid.
There is no annual fee for the password. The fee paid for each password is for one time only. However, if the new password envelope is received from PTT instead of using the online password renewal service in case of forgetting and loss, this fee should be paid again.
This fee is not recorded as an income to the e-Government Gateway, but is collected by the PTT as the transaction cost.
Is there an annual usage fee for the password?
When the e-Government Gateway password is first received from PTT, 2 TL is charged as the transaction cost. After the first password, 4 TL fee is paid for each password to be taken from PTT for any reason. Except this transaction cost, there is no annual fee payment.
