'Little Hands Big Dreams' Project Continues at Full Speed ​​in Izmir

Within the scope of the project launched on the occasion of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, under the coordination of the General Directorate of Lifelong Learning, children learn while having fun in activities themed "Little Hands, Big Dreams". During the events held during the week of April 22-26, children have a great time with activities offered in many areas, from mathematics to coding, from culture and arts to education.

Within the scope of April 23 Children's Festival activities; by public education centers in Izmir throughout the week; Different activities such as mind games, science, art, ceramics, marbling, tile, painting, kitchen workshop, promotion of traditional arts and cultural heritage, photography exhibition, tree planting and sports activities are organized.

Children and young people between the ages of 4-14 are expected to realize their individual talents and have fun with the activities held throughout the week within the scope of the "Little Hands, Big Dreams" program, which aims to help children be innovative, creative, problem solvers, think differently and have positive personality traits.

Sharing his thoughts on the subject, Izmir Provincial Director of National Education Dr. Ömer Yahşi said, 'Within the scope of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day events, we organized many different events in Izmir with the 'Little Hands Big Dreams' project, which was set out to introduce our traditional arts and cultural heritage to our children, to create new areas of interest in children and to help children discover their talents. We throw. We bring culture and art together with our children, who are our future, by opening the doors of our public education centers in many areas such as marbling, painting, tile, kitchen workshop, tree planting and sports workshops for our children.' he said.
