Retaining wall work in Gökçebey: Gökçebey Municipality started a retaining wall work in Atatürk Street.
Mayor Vedat Ozturk, said in a statement, the old walls of the danger posed, he said.
Explaining that the retaining walls of the TCDD underpass have been neglected for many years, Öztürk said, “Many of our citizens use this underpass. We made a demolition decision for the old walls. “We are continuing to work on new retaining walls with a total of 6 cubic meters of height reaching 60 meters. The works are planned to be completed within 10 days”.
