TCDD 2022/2 Institution Administrative Board Meeting was held. The demands of the General Authorized Union Transportation Officer-Sen were discussed at the JCC meeting.

The agenda items of Transportation Officer-Sen's TCDD 2022/2 GCC Meeting are as follows;

1- Comprehensive opening of the promotion and title change exam.

– Opening the Branch Management and Service Assistant Manager exams for the personnel working in technical departments and non-provincial departments.

– Annulment of the title of Assistant Technician and assignment of the personnel working in this title to the appropriate titles in such a way that there will be no loss of rights.

2- Preventing active personnel losses by rearranging the content and difficulty level of the psychotechnical tests to which the active railway personnel are subjected,

3- Starting the tender process for Protective Clothing Aid, which is our 6th Term Collective Agreement acquisition, in January 2023. In addition, increasing the diversity of companies locally and updating the specification accordingly.

4- Among the conditions for the assignment of traffic control, there is the condition of working with the title of station chief. Removing the condition of working as a Station Chief and ensuring that the personnel with the title of Movement Officer, who completed their training, take the Traffic Controller exam.

5- Personnel; In the event of the death of one of his 1st degree relatives, adding a relevant article to the new service specification in order to provide collective transportation of his colleagues to the funeral and condolence place.

  • Allocating vehicles to Regional Controllers to be used in inspections.
  • Allocating drivers to vehicles procured with service procurement. (Not allowing personnel to drive)

6- Deleting disciplinary penalties within legal time limits, using the discretionary power to delete disciplinary penalties from the personnel file.

7- Initiating the necessary administrative process to ensure that the land compensation paid to the technical personnel in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement is also paid to the managers and administrators in the technical units, especially the maintenance workplaces.

8- The electricity tariff used in Kayseri personnel lodgings; Ending the victimization of personnel by taking the necessary actions to be removed from the industrial subscription and converted into a residential subscription.
