Survey studies for the Hisarüstü- Aşiyan Funicular Line are starting: Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality is starting the study of the Hisarüstü- Aşiyan Funicular. The Aşiyan Funicular, which will enable the Levent-Hisarüstü metro to reach the Bosphorus, which connects Yenikapı and Marmaray, will facilitate access to the center. The length of the Funicular Line between Hisarüstü and Aşiyan Park will be 730 meters, and the height difference between the starting and ending stations will be 104 meters. The beach will be descended from the area where Aşiyan Park belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality is located. The system is aimed to be economically realized and provide the passenger with the opportunity to cruise with a route on the slope (not requiring a drilling tunnel). When the project is implemented, Istanbul residents who take the funicular from the coast will be able to get to Hisarüstü in 3 minutes and reach the integrated "Hisarüstü-Levent Mini Metro" at that point.
