Borusan EnBW Enerji, a joint venture company of Borusan Holding and German energy giant EnBW AG, received the Electric Vehicle Charging Network Operator license from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority within the scope of the Charging Service Regulation.
Borusan EnBW Enerji plans to provide effective service in the Electric Vehicle Charging Services sector in Turkey with the strength and experience it receives from its shareholders. Borusan EnBW Enerji, which wants to bring together the engineering experience it gained while creating its 100% renewable energy portfolio with electric vehicle users, aims to provide its customers with a completely clean, fast and user-friendly charging experience, which is structured in the latest technological standards, with the fast charging network it will establish.
Borusan EnBW Enerji, which will also benefit from the knowledge and experience of its main shareholder EnBW AG, which is the market leader in the fast charging network in Germany, aims to reach the top in the Turkish market with the service quality it will offer.
Borusan EnBW Enerji, which will initially provide electric vehicle fast charging services at more than 500 points, aims to increase this number to 7.000 points with its investments in this field.
The widespread charging network, which will provide 30% charge rate in less than 80 minutes, will be supported by a mobile application that allows easy reservations in advance, and different value-added solutions specific to its customers.
Making a statement on the subject, Borusan EnBW Enerji General Manager Enis Amasyalı said, “Transformation processes in the energy and transportation sectors will determine the future of the fight against the climate crisis.
