Turkish F-16 warplanes were transferred to Aviano Air Base in Italy as part of the POGGIO DART-2022 exercise. Turkey participates in the exercise, which was held between 2-10 November 2022, with 3 F-16 fighter jets.
Announcing the development on its official Twitter account, the Ministry of National Defense said, “As part of the POGGIO DART-2 (PODA-10) Exercise, which was carried out between 2022-2022 November 2022, 3 F-16 aircraft belonging to our Air Force were transferred to Aviano Air Base / Italy. . During the exercise, flight trainings are conducted with NATO member countries in order to improve mutual operational capacity and cooperation.” used his statements.
