To be employed in the units of the General Directorate of Service Delivery of the Presidency of the Social Security Institution, in accordance with the Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the principles put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/06/1978 and numbered 7/15754, as well as its annexes and amendments; Based on the average of the oral exam grade to be held with the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) (B) group (B) group KPSSP3 score type (for those who get 60 points and above) conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and whose validity period continues, contracted Programmers and 34 contracted Analyzers. Candidates 11 (three) times of the contracted personnel position announced for each title will be called for the oral exam. GENERAL TERMS OF APPLICATION AND OTHER EXPLANATIONS

1- To have the general conditions specified in Article 657 of the Law No. 48.

2- Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from the Social Security Institution as of the date of application.

3- To get at least 3 points from the (KPSS) (B) group Public Personnel Selection Examination KPSSP60 score type held by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and still valid.

4- To have a minimum (D) score from YDS/e-YDS as of the application deadline (The “International Foreign Language Exams Equivalency Document” of OSYM dated 06.04.2021 regarding the equivalence and validity period of foreign language exam result documents will be taken as basis .) or to have another internationally valid document accepted by OSYM in terms of language proficiency, or to graduate at the undergraduate level from a university that teaches in English language at home/abroad ”) or to have the scores determined by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) Administrative Board equivalent to YDS (D) level in English language exams other than YDS.

5- While working in public institutions and organizations on a contract basis in accordance with Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the contract has not been terminated by the institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract in the last year, or the contract has not been terminated unilaterally within the contract period.

6- Not to have a disease that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

7- Candidates; Between 11.11.2022 – 25.11.2022 (at 23:59), they are required to complete their applications on the Social Security Institution/Career Gate – Public Recruitment or Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) on the E-Government Gate. (Applications in the form of mail, cargo, etc. will not be accepted.)

8- Candidates who apply until the end of the specified period and meet the conditions will be subjected to an oral exam by the Contracted Personnel Examination, Evaluation and Placement Commission of our Institution, three times the number of positions announced, provided that they are placed in the order of KPSSP3 (candidates with 60 points and above). Candidates who will participate in the oral exam are required to carry any of their photographic and approved identity cards (Identity Card with TR Identity Number / TR Identity Card / Driver's License with TR Identity Number / Valid Passport). Candidates who do not submit the said documents will not be admitted to the exam, and these candidates will not be able to claim any rights regarding the subject.

9- In the oral exam, candidates are given points out of 100 separately by the chairman and members of the exam commission. The arithmetic average of these scores constitutes the oral exam grade. In order to be considered successful in the oral exam, the average score given by the exam commission must be at least 70.

10-Candidates can only apply to one of the groups specified in the table, and those who are found not to meet the eligibility criteria for the exam will not be able to attend the oral exam.

11-The list of those who will take the oral exam, the date and place of the exam will be announced on the Career Gate (www.isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) and on the website of our institution (www.sgk.gov.tr). Those who have an average of at least 70 in the oral exam score and KPSS score will be considered successful and placements will be made as much as the announced position, starting from the highest score. In case of equality of points, those who have a master's degree in their field, those who have a high English language score, those who are before the undergraduate graduation date and those who are older will be placed first and the exam results will be announced on the website of our Institution (www.sgk.gov.tr). (Candidates who will participate in the oral exam will not be notified in writing.)

12- Those who do not start to work within the given period although they are entitled to be placed, and those who quit their job within 1 (one) year from the date the exam result is published on the Institution's website (those who are started to work within the scope of this announcement), according to the final success score (70) A placement will be made among those who take the oral exam, starting with the highest score.

13-Those who have been appointed; In terms of social security, they will be subject to the provisions of Article 5510/a of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 4 and will work in the units where they will be employed, subject to the working hours and procedures that other personnel in the same class are subject to.

14-Gross additional payment fee is included in the fee amount stated in the announcement, insurance and health premiums and income and stamp tax will be deducted from the monthly gross contract fee, and stamp tax will be deducted from the gross additional payment amount.

15-Gross contract fees will be increased by 25% based on the documents showing that the candidates know the desired programming language, one of the programming languages ​​currently used in the IT center of our Institution. (The table shows the 25% increased version.)
