In the IMM Assembly, the foreign borrowing request for the Sefaköy-Beylikdüzü-TÜYAP rail system line project of 925 million 396 thousand 200 dollars, plus VAT and insurance premium, was approved.

There will be 2015 stations on the line route of 19.5 kilometers in total, which will pass through the districts of Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Esenyurt, Küçükçekmece, the construction of which was brought to the agenda in 10.

The planning of the Metro line that will run between Sefaköy and Beylikdüzü was made in 2015, but the application was not started. IMM Rail Systems Branch made revisions on the planned line route. Opinions were received from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Governorship of Istanbul, the National Real Estate Department, the General Directorate of TCDD, the Mass Housing Administration and district municipalities regarding these revisions. The route map, which took its final form with the opinions, came to the agenda in the IMM Assembly to be included in the zoning plans of Istanbul. The proposal was accepted by the majority of votes in the IMM Assembly. The metro line in the new plan intersects with the D100 and metrobus lines on some routes. After the project is approved by the Presidency Strategy Department, it will be included in the investment program. Then, IMM will take a loan from the European Development Bank and put it out to tender. The Incirli – Sefaköy section of the said line will be made by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
