Vocational High Schools Signed an Export Agreement of 11 Million 2 Thousand Liras in 750 Months

Vocational high schools signed export agreements with 11 different countries in a short period of 5 months, amounting to 2 million 750 thousand liras. The steps taken and the legal changes made for the practical skills of students in vocational and technical education bore fruit.

Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, in his evaluation on the subject, stated that the studies for the commercialization of the products registered in vocational education continue.

Emphasizing that vocational high schools have started to export these commercialized products at the same time, Özer said: “Our vocational high schools are trying to expand their place in the world market by adding new countries to their export range. In this context, the number of countries with which vocational high schools have made export agreements has increased to 5, namely France, Romania, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia. The total value of the export agreements made with these countries reached 2 million 754 thousand liras. Among the products exported, the titles of electrical and electronic experiment kit, shawl, iron door, oven system, chemistry and cleaning products came to the fore. Our students not only learn by taking part in all stages of production, but also grow up as individuals who contribute to the country's economy. We are proud of our schools and our students.”
