Speaking at the ceremony held for the promotion, Torun said, “Our municipalities are really with our citizens at every moment. They are also making extraordinary efforts to take the burden of this economic depression. Instead of thanking them, they do their best. But no matter what they do, we definitely try to solve the problems of our citizens and we stand by our citizens in every sense. Emphasizing that İBB had revolutionized its relationship with Turkey in its own time, İmamoğlu said, “We have produced very special collaborations and projects with over 350 municipalities. We still continue to produce. We contribute to all municipalities, regardless of whether that party is the municipality of this party. BELBİM A.Ş., a subsidiary of the Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), jointly developed the “Çınarkart” project with SARBAŞ, a subsidiary of the İzmit Municipality. TORUN GAVE GREETINGS FROM CHP GENERAL CHAIRMAN KILIÇDAROĞLU
Starting his speech by conveying the greetings of CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Torun stated that the municipalities of the CHP, in general, and the Nation Alliance in general, are doing extraordinary things despite all kinds of blocking efforts by the ruling wing. Noting that Çınarkart, which was promoted, created advantageous areas between the two cities, Torun stated that the opportunities offered by technology paved the way for making life in cities easier. Pointing out that Turkey is still experiencing the problems of missing the industrial revolution, Torun underlined that it is important to catch up with the technology era we are in. Expressing his thanks to İBB President İmamoğlu and İzmit Mayor Kaplan for their cooperation in this sense, Torun said, “Before taking office, many scribbles were made about our municipalities, saying that they would cut off social aid. Announcing that they started a “lunch box” support campaign for the children of families in need, upon the instruction of CHP Chairman Kılıçdaroğlu, Torun said, “We are starting this practice with our İzmit Municipality. Our Beylikdüzü Municipality was also the locomotive of this work. And many of our municipalities have started work on this right now," he said. In this context, Torun reminded that the Parliament's motion to give students one meal throughout Turkey was rejected by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and said, “Don't look at these things that create a perception. 'I wonder what we can do or do to prevent these CHP municipalities, the municipalities of the Nation Alliance; we humiliate them in the eyes of society' They are trying to do this. Reminding that they took office in IMM with a delay of 3 months due to the re-election, İmamoğlu said, “With what we have done in a period of little more than 3,5 years, today's power, today's government, from the top person, from the President to the minister, from the politicians in Istanbul. So there are thousands, even tens of thousands of heroes in it. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality has 86 thousand employees. We have executive friends who have taken office with merit. All in all, we have executive friends who try to do their job in the best possible way in the positions they hold office with their past experience.

Expressing that Turkey has no shortage of human resources, İmamoğlu said, “As long as we give the opportunity. The model of giving opportunity also goes through really strong democracies. HÜRRİYET: OUR CINARKART WILL ALSO BE VALID EVERYWHERE ISTANBULKART CROSSES
Izmit Mayor Hürriyet also gave a speech at the ceremony. Saying, “I am very happy that Istanbul, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and Izmit, the pearl of the East Marmara, meet once again at the same table with the vision of 'Two Cities One Card' and 'Strong City's Powerful Card', Hürriyet made a difference with İBB. expressed his satisfaction with their cooperation in the fields. KAPLAN INTRODUCED ÇINARKART
Saying “We will have five types of Çınarkart”, Hürriyet listed them as follows:
-Çınarkart; It will be a personalized city life card that anyone can have.
-Discounted Çınarkart; It will be given to users who have the right to travel with discounted tariffs in public transportation in Istanbul.
-Free Planecard; It will be given to users who have the right to travel with a free tariff in public transportation in Istanbul.
-Social Çınarkart; There will be prepaid cards put into practice by the Izmit Municipality for disadvantaged families, with the amount loaded into them, to meet the needs of families such as food and cleaning.
-Personnel PDKS Card; It will be given to our Izmit Municipality personnel, and it can be used for transportation in Istanbul and non-transport payments, by loading TL or subscription valid in the PDKS system.
