Poland’s defense budget and financing landscape is being completely reshaped by the rise of security concerns in Europe. Low-interest loans and the SAFE program provided by the European Union allow Warsaw to intelligently and strategically direct the financing needed to strengthen its defense industry. In this process, joint ventures, technology transfer and long-term partnerships established with US-based defense giants take Poland’s military capacity to a new level.
