The Road to Bursa City Hospital has come to an end

The second phase of the 6,5-kilometer road between the Izmir road and the hospital, which was designed by the Metropolitan Municipality to ensure trouble-free transportation to Bursa City Hospital, has now come to an end.

Bursa City Hospital, which significantly draws the health burden of Bursa with a total bed capacity of 355, is becoming more accessible with the investments of the Metropolitan Municipality. The 3-meter section, which is the first stage of the road projected between the İzmir road and the City Hospital, was completed before. Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş, together with his accompanying AK Party Provincial Chairman Davut Gürkan, examined the ongoing work at the Bursa City Hospital in the second phase of the road. President Aktaş, who got behind the wheel and tested the road on the completed part of the road, said that the work continues at the point of transportation to the hospital, both by rail system and by road. Reminding that the Emek - City Hospital rail system line was built by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure under the coordination of the Metropolitan, President Aktaş noted that they followed the process closely and that the negative impact on the Mudanya road due to the works would disappear in a short time. Expressing that they will start the 2500-meter road between the City Hospital Mudanya road immediately after the rail system works are completed, Mayor Aktaş said, “When the rail system work is completed, our citizens will be able to reach the hospital's door from every corner of Bursa without interruption. With this road, which we will complete in a short time, it will be possible to reach the hospital from the city center without the need to go to the Ring Road. After the opening of this road, we will revise our bus routes accordingly. With the transportation investments we have made, our people will begin to experience the privilege of transportation with intersections, bridges and new roads.”
