Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, by signing an exemplary application for the public transportation sector in Turkey, transformed two minibuses and a bus in the city center, providing public transportation services with more comfortable and modern buses. The Metropolitan Municipality, which strengthens the transportation system of our city with the increasing number of buses every day, organizes a training program for 1106 drivers working in public transportation vehicles in order to increase the service quality in public transportation and to enable public transportation vehicle drivers to communicate more effectively and accurately with passengers. Within the scope of the program to be held at Cam Pyramid on 27-28-29 March 2017, bus drivers will be given training on “quality and efficiency in service, public relations and training, stress management and anger control, morale and motivation.
Citizen satisfaction is a must
