Electrical Works of Kartal-Kaynarca Metro from Orge Elektrik: Orge Elektrik installed a 4,5 kilovolt switchgear in 3 stations and 5 transformer centers on the 34,5-kilometer-long Kartal-Kaynarca metro route. Kadıköy Within the scope of the project, which reduces the distance between Istanbul and Kaynarca to 38,5 minutes and 1 million passengers travel per day, a total of 845 thousand meters of cable was used along the metro route.
According to the statement made by the company, all electrical, signal and weak current works of Kartal-Kaynarca metro project, which was opened by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, were made by Orge Elektrik.
In this project, Orge Elektrik, 34.5 kV Switching System, 34.5 kV / 0.4 kV Transfer Group (Auxiliary Service Panels, Transformers, Cable), Rectifier - Transformer / Rectifier Center, Earthing System, Battery and Battery Chargers, Residual Current Earthing and Corrosion Control, Control, Control and Low Voltage Supply and Distribution Cables, Overhead Conductor Rail System Supply (4) Return Current (-) Negative DC Wiring, Metro Line MV Ring Network Underground Energy Cable Supply and Installation, Busbar System Supply and Installation, 0.4 kV AG Main Distribution Panels, Grounding Plant Supply and Placement, Line and Stations Signaling System Cabling Infrastructure and Active Device Installation, MCC Panels Supply and Installation, Control and Communication Systems Design, Transmission System, Line Fiber Optic Network, Telephone System, Radio System, Wireless System Coaxial Antenna Cables, Announcement System, CCTV System, Central Time System, Access Control System , System Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) and Station Information Management System (ECS / SIMS), Passenger Information System (PIS), Fire Alarm and Control System, Low Voltage Installation and Lighting System, Hatboyu AG Installation and Lighting System has been implemented.
Orge Electric General Manager Nevhan Gündüz stated his opinions in the statement made by the company and said the following regarding the works on the newly opened metro route:
“We have carried out a very important work for both our company and our country by transferring our experience of nearly 52 years to the metro project between Yakacık and Pendik, which was completed between Kartal and Kaynarca. For the first time in subway projects carried out so far, a domestic company has completed all electricity, signal, weak current works. In this sense, I believe we have achieved a great engineering-contracting success. "
