Citizens in Bursa react to BURULAŞ: Citizens in Bursa launched a campaign "Let ticket booths open at Bursaray stations, change kiosks" on social media.
A reaction to Burulaş, which is often the focus of criticism due to old wagons in Bursa, constantly rising wages and the obligation to travel overcrowded, came from social media.
Citizens started a petition entitled "Open ticket offices at Bursaray stations, change kiosks".
As it is known, Burulaş had closed the ticket sales tolls as of 15.01.2016 date.
THE FULL TEXT OF THE SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN STARTED IN SOCIAL MEDIA!
“Burulaş has placed Bursboard filling devices in metro stations for Bursboard filling operations of citizens and closed ticket sales counters on 15.01.2016. However, these devices do not work with coins and do not give any change. It also does not sell single-use tickets.
Today, even soft drinks, food and beverage vending machines working with credit cards, debit cards, coins and giving money over the ticket filling devices can not be accepted in this way.
These old-fashioned devices, which Burulaş describes as innovation and breakthrough, unfortunately put passengers in trouble. We want Burulaş to open ticket offices. If ticket sales kiosks are to be used, we demand these devices to be compatible with today's technology and put into service that way ... "
