TCDD will apply pesticides within the scope of weed control on the railway lines

The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) has published a statement within the scope of spraying to be carried out within the scope of weed control on railway lines in various provinces.

• Between 9-13 May 2022; Halkalı – Spraying will be done within the scope of weed control between Muratlı and Muratlı - Tekirdağ stations.
• Between 9-18 May 2022; Spraying will be done between Arifiye - Osmaneli - Bilecik - Bozüyük - Enveriye stations within the scope of weed control.
• Between 9-15 May 2022; Spraying will be done between Afyon-Dinar, Dinar-Kaklık, Dinar-Gümüşgün-BurdurIsparta, Isparta-Afyon, Afyon-Dumlupınar, Afyon-Eskişehir-Kütahya, Kütahya Dursunbey, Dursunbey-Balıkesir stations with a "special spray train" within the scope of weed control.

APPLICATION DATES AND ROUTE

1. Between the line section between Afyon - Dinar and Tınaztepe, Kocatepe, Çiğiltepe, Sandıklı Ekinova, Karakuyu, Dinar stations and stations in the meantime, from 9.05.2022,
2. On 10.05.2022, between the Dinar - Kaklık line section and the Dinar Station, Tugaylı, Sütlaç,peter, Dazkırı Bozkurt, Kaklık stations and stations,
3. Between the line sections between Dinar - Gümüşgün, Burdur and Isparta on 11.05.2022 and between Keçiborlu, Gümüşgün, Göltaş, Bozanönü, Burdur Station, Isparta station and stations in the meantime,
4. Between Isparta - Afyon station and stations on 12.05.2022,
5. Between the line section between Afyon and Dumlupınar on 12.05.2022 and Aliçetinkaya Station, Afyonşehir, Gecek, Balmahmut, Yıldırımkemal stations and stations,
6. Between Afyon - Eskişehir - Kütahya line cut on 13.05.2022 and between Gazlıgöl, İhsaniye, Döger, Degirmenözü, Cögürler, Alayunt Müselles, Uluköy, Sabuncupınar, Porsuk, Gökcekışık, Kızılinler, Enveriye, Kütahya stations and stations,
7. On 14.05.2022, between the line sections between Kütahya and Dursunbey and the stations and stations of Demirciören, Köprüören, Güzelyurt, Kayı, Tavşanlı, Emirler, Demirli, Değirmisaz, Balıkoy, Gökçedağ, Piribeyler, Sindirler,
8. On 15.05.2022, spraying will be done within the scope of weed control between the line sections between Dursunbey - Balıkesir and the Dursunbey, Gazellidere, Mezitler, Nusrat station and stations in the meantime.

The drugs used in the fight pose a danger to human and animal health due to their impressive properties. Citizens should be careful around the specified railway line sections and stations. Citizens are strongly advised not to approach the sprayed area and to keep their animals away from the specified places.
