Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç attended the Public Transportation Credit Card Boarding and N-Kolay Mobile Application Promotion Ceremony, which allows users to benefit from contactless credit and debit cards, even if they do not have a transportation card. Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Inc., together with Aktif Bank, E-Kent and Mastercard stakeholders, implemented a new application that will provide great convenience in the field of transportation.
In addition to President Büyükkılıç, E-Kent General Manager Atıl Aykar, Mastercard Turkey Vice President Hakan Tatlıcı, Aktif Bank General Manager Ayşegül attended the Public Transportation Credit Card Boarding and N-Easy Mobile Application Promotion Ceremony held at the Metropolitan Municipality Assembly Hall. Adaca Oğan and Deputy Secretary Generals Bayar Özsoy, Hamdi Elcuman, Serdar Öztürk and Kayseri Transportation A.Ş. General Manager Mehmet Canbulut and department heads attended.

President Büyükkılıç, stating that Kayseri has put its signature under exemplary practices in transportation, said, “When transportation in Kayseri is mentioned, the width of our roads, the applications of a peaceful and comfortable transportation environment come to mind. It is a must for all of us to use the necessary technology opportunities in order to adapt to the conditions of the day. Our Kayseri shared the exemplary practices with the public by showing the approach that was the first to initiate the HEPP code applications during the pandemic process and saw its great contributions and benefits in the context of health.”
Expressing that both mobile phones and contactless credit cards can be used, Büyükkılıç said:
“In order to make life easier, the stakeholders come together and implement the N-Easy application that they have made with us, and they display an approach that will make our life the easiest. While putting this into practice, they interpret Kayseri as a city that will benefit the most, relying on the quick wit of our city. All our citizens from Kayseri will now be able to use these opportunities through any card in their pocket and using their smart phones.”
Mayor Büyükkılıç said that the full ticket in Kayseri is 4.50 TL, the discount is 2.25 TL, the transportation fees between the metropolitan cities of Kayseri are more affordable, the transfer fee is not charged, and they benefit from public transportation within 80 minutes.

Explaining that the KAYBIS project, which is a bike sharing system, operates not only in Kayseri, but also in 8 cities, and that the airport renovation, new tram lines and expansion of the transportation network are continuing, Büyükkılıç said, “Our Kayseri, which we describe as a city of peace, a safe port, is tourism diversity, home to ancient civilizations, an understanding of coming to the fore in gastronomy, with around 5 thousand university students in 80 universities, it is an important life center. FREE TRANSFER APPLICATION WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE ON CREDIT CARDS
Transportation Inc. General Manager Mehmet Canbulut said that they provide service with 340 dealers, 17 private box offices and 80 automatic ticket filling machines, and that citizens can obtain tickets at a total of 437 physical points. Expressing that a meeting was held for the application that will offer 3 different important conveniences, Canbulut said that citizens can receive service with their contactless banking cards even if they do not have public transportation cards, and that even if they do not have both transportation and contactless cards, they can use the N-Kolay application by installing the N-Kolay application and by scanning their mobile phones for the full ticket price. explained that they can use their tools. Emphasizing that the use of contactless cards has increased 6 times, Canbulut also stated that thanks to this application, they provide the opportunity to fill the tickets, they introduced the transfer feature to the system, and a free transfer application will also be used for credit/debit card passes as a first in Turkey. Canbulut added that the fees for boarding passes made during the transfer period will be refunded to the users' cards at the end of the day.
Atıl Aykar, General Manager of E-Kent Access Control and Ticketing Systems, also gave information about the N-Kolay application. Expressing that they are very pleased to implement contactless transportation and mobile application solutions in international standards in Kayseri, Aykar said, “As of today, you will be able to use all the cards in your pocket for your daily transportation and you will be able to benefit from transportation easily.
