The Automatic Transit System (OGS) application used in highway and bridge crossings ended on March 31, 2022. Thus, the application of toll collection only via HGS in highway and bridge crossings has started.
In this process, the highway and bridge crossings made by our citizens, who have not received a new HGS label by not canceling the OGS device, after 31.03.2022 are in violation.
What should be done to avoid any penalty or legal situation?
If the free HGS label is obtained from the bank where the OGS device was purchased, within the legal period after the breached pass date, the breaching tolls will be converted into normal tolls.
