The Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Central Examination and Entrance Examinations to be Applied to the Staff of the Academic Staff Other than the Academic Staff published in the Official Gazette dated 2547 and related articles of the Law no. 09.11.2018 instructors will be recruited according to the articles.


1- Candidates must meet all the requirements of Article 657 of the Law no.
2- Candidates who will apply for teaching staff must have at least a master's degree with thesis.
3- To have received at least 70 points from ALES. If the applicants who wish to benefit from the central examination exemption prove their exemption status in the annex of the application documents, the ALES score is considered as 70 in the pre-evaluation and final evaluation stages.
4-Foreign Language Examination Certificate (Central Foreign Language Exams (YDS or YÖKDİL) or equivalents (ÖSYM) accepted by the Higher Education Council) to have received the required points.
5- The equivalence of diplomas from foreign countries must be approved.
6- The equivalence of the 4 and 5 grading systems to be used in calculating the undergraduate graduation grade in the pre-assessment and final assessment stages is determined by the decision of Higher Education Council. The Senate of higher education institutions decides the equivalence of the other grading systems to 100 grade system.
7- Applications by mail must reach our institution by the end of working hours. Applications that do not comply with the above conditions, applications not made within the deadline, applications made with missing documents, applications with approved documents despite being requested to be approved and delays in the mail will not be accepted. The submitted documents will not be returned.
8- In the announcements in our institute, candidates can apply to only one of the announced positions. Applicants who apply to more than one staff at the same time will be considered invalid.
9- The examination of those who are found to have made false statements in the required documents shall be considered invalid and their appointments shall not be made. Even if they have been appointed, they will be canceled and cannot claim any rights.

Our institute reserves the right to make changes in compulsory cases in the exam schedule. All announcements made on the website of our institute are in the form of a notification and no written notification will be made to the individuals. 3- ALES Certificate (Examination certificate not older than 5 years)
4- Foreign Language Certificate
5- Photocopies of diplomas (Applicants will be able to apply with square code documents received from e-Government.
In case of the right to be appointed, the original diploma / graduation certificate or a notarized copy of the education certificate shall be submitted.)
6- Diploma equivalence certificate of graduates of foreign higher education institutions
7- Approved license transcript
8- Photocopy of Identity Card,
9- Employees of any public institution (even if they have worked and left before) submit a detailed service certificate from the institution they work for
10-passport photos (taken within the last 6 months)
11- Scientific studies and publications, if any
12- Work Certificate (Wet signed work experience certificate and SSI service breakdown, approved service certificate for public personnel)


Central exams are not required for those who have completed doctorate or medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine specialty or proficiency in arts education, who will be assigned to the specialization areas of the vocational schools determined by the Higher Education Council, and who have worked or worked in the academic staff of higher education institutions.
