Aydın Adnan Menderes University Rectorate 2 Within the scope of the Yönetmelik Regulation on the Determination and Use of Academic Staff in State Higher Education Institutions an published in the Official Gazette dated November 2018 and numbered 30583, the Law on the Promotion and Appointment of 2547 faculty members will be recruited to the following departments according to the evaluation criteria and scoring directives sought in the appointment and promotion of the academic staff.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1- 657 of the Act of Relevant 48. they have to meet the requirements.
2- Applications with missing documents will not be accepted.
3- Professors cannot apply to the associate professors, Professors to the professors and doctorate professors.
4- Applications that do not comply with the Evaluation Criteria and Scoring Directive sought in the Promotion and Appointments of Faculty Members will not be accepted.
5- Professors and Associate professors should apply to the Personnel Department of the University and for the faculty members of the doctor, the applications to be announced in person, and applications to be made by post will not be accepted.

*PROFESSOR The candidates who will apply to their positions will have permanent status and the candidates;

3) Two (2) photos,

4) A copy of the identity card photocopy approved by the unit supervisor or notary public,

5) Undergraduate - Graduate - Doctorate / Specialization / Proficiency in Art Diploma and Associate Professorship Certificate, approved by the superior or notary of the unit announced,

6) Detailed service certificate approved by the employees of any public institution (even if they have worked and left before) from the institution they work for,

10) The list of publications in which the main research work is clearly stated, and the information and documents related to the scientific studies and publications he made after associate professorship; The 1 (six) read-only CD / DVD or Portable Memory, in which 6 (one) set of physical files and contents are prepared in PDF format, must be delivered under the following Not-1 and Not-2 frames.

Note-1: It is important that all the documents mentioned above are physically prepared in 1 (one) file, and that they are loaded into CD / DVD or Portable Memory (provided that the wet signature is signed and scanned) and that the specified documents are delivered in a complete and desired manner.

Note-2: All documents mentioned above (except Article 10) must be prepared and submitted in a half cover file in order to be prepared separately by the applicant.

**ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR The candidates who will apply to their positions will have permanent status and the candidates;

Note-1: It is important that all the above mentioned documents are prepared physically in 1 (one) file, also loaded into CD / DVD or Portable Memory (provided that the wet signature is signed and scanned) and that the specified documents are delivered completely and in the desired way.

Note-1: It is important that all the documents mentioned above are physically prepared in 1 (one) file, and that they are loaded into CD / DVD or Portable Memory (provided that the wet signature is signed and scanned) and that the specified documents are delivered in a complete and desired manner.

GENERAL NOTES:

• Subsequent applications that are not found to be in conformity with the conditions of announcement and appointment to the staff will be void.
• The equivalence of diplomas from foreign countries must be approved and documented by the Interuniversity Board.
• There is no staff of Doctor Faculty members who can apply within the scope of 2547% quota determined in accordance with the Appendix 38 of Higher Education Law No. 20.
• All the transactions of the applicants who are found to be in contradictory declarations in their documents will be canceled and they cannot claim any rights.
• The Administration has the right to cancel every stage of the “Notice” if it deems necessary.
