The incident took place in the Binevler Quarter last Wednesday. Mahmut Ercan, walking by talking on the phone, wanted to cross the road. While talking on the phone, Ercan, who was moving by checking his surroundings, was hit by the tram when he reached the central median. Ercan, who was thrown on the road and seriously injured due to the impact, was taken to Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine after his first intervention by an ambulance. While the seriously injured Ercan was being treated in intensive care, the accident was recorded in seconds by a security camera of a workplace close to the scene.
