The US Air Force is planning a major reform aimed at increasing the speed of delivery of major programs by bringing procurement processes under one central control. Promoting Lieutenant General Dale White, Allied Deputy for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, to general and appointing him as DRPM are among the steps taken to direct defense spending more effectively.
