4- Providing regular sports habits, directing the child to sports such as swimming or athletics strengthens the general posture and muscles.

5-Proper nutrition and fluid consumption are also important for posture. The stronger the bones, the more upright the body. Calcium and vitamin D are the most important bone supports.

6-The child's lack of self-confidence can also affect his posture by creating introversion, and it is important to support him in this regard.
