World Premiere of Migration Symphony in Harbiye

Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theater will host the world premiere of the symphony written by musician Fuat Saka for the struggle of humanity against migration. The first Istanbulites will listen to Fuat Saka's 'Migration Symphony – Dark Waters', which reflects migration and its effects on his music.

“Migration Symphony – Dark Waters” composed by musician Fuat Saka will meet with the audience at Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theatre. Composed by musician Fuat Saka and arranged by Vangelis Zografos, the piece reflecting migration and its effects, one of the most important issues of humanity throughout history, will premiere with music lovers from Istanbul. IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluwill listen to the concert together with the Mayor of Cologne, Henriette Reker.

The concert, which will be held at Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theater on Friday, 10 June at 20.00:XNUMX, will take place free of charge. Concert invitations can be obtained from Bilet.kultur.istanbul/?ec=FUATSAKA.

In the “Migration Symphony – Dark Waters” concert to be organized by the IMM Culture Department, traumas such as wars, displacement, hunger, poverty and thirst will be put into notes. Fuat Saka will sing songs of peace and brotherhood with Greek artist Ionna Forti. The Cemal Reşit Rey (CRR) Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Conductor Anastasios Symeonidis will accompany Zacharias Sypridakis on the Cretan violin and Cihan Yurtçu on the flute.
