The total exports of the companies in the top 1.000 in 2021 increased by 33,2 percent compared to the previous year and reached 123,3 billion dollars. While 2021 companies took place in the top 1.000 in 827, 173 companies managed to be among the 1.000 for the first time this year. Domestic firms accounted for 1.000 percent of the first 80.
CONGRATULATIONS
In his speech at the 29th Ordinary General Assembly of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and the Champions of Export Award Ceremony held at the Haliç Congress Center, President Erdoğan wished the general assembly to be beneficial for the economy and exporters, and wished the companies awarded as “Champions of Exports” and congratulated the business people.
GROWING WITH RECORD
Stating that they increased their exports with record highs almost every month to over 225 billion dollars last year, and that they managed to increase exports to 2022 billion dollars on a 12-month basis as of May 243, Erdoğan said that they have increased Turkey's share of world exports to the level of 1,05 percent. He said they would raise the rate even higher.

250 BILLION DOLLAR EXPORT TARGET
Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş stated that the exports reached the level of 12 billion dollars in the last 243 months and said, “In this direction, we are confident that we will reach the 2022 billion dollars export target indicated by our President for 250.” said.
33 INCREASE IN PERCENTAGE
İsmail Gülle, Chairman of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), said, “The exports of our first 2021 companies in 1000 exceeded 33 billion dollars with an increase of 123 percent. Our 173 companies, which were not on the list last year, managed to rank among the top 1000 this year. This year, the exports of our 15 companies exceeded 1 billion dollars. 80% of our companies on the list are 100% domestic companies.” said.
At the ceremony, Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank, Trade Minister Mehmet Muş and Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati presented their awards to 27 industry champions who received awards.
TURKEY'S TOP 100 EXPORTERS 2021 RESEARCH
At the 29th Ordinary General Assembly of TİM, the results of the “Turkey's Top 1000 Exporters 2021” research were announced. Total exports in 2021 increased by 32,8 percent compared to the previous year and reached 225 billion 220 million dollars. The total exports of the companies in the top 1.000 in 2021 increased by 33,2 percent compared to the previous year and reached 123,3 billion dollars. The share of these companies in total exports was 54,7%, and the number of companies exporting 1 billion dollars or more was 15.
DOMESTIC COMPANIES CREATED 1000 PERCENT OF THE FIRST 80
While 2021 companies took place in the first 1.000 in 827, 173 companies managed to be among the 1.000 for the first time this year. Domestic firms accounted for 1.000 percent of the first 80. These companies realized 1.000 percent of the total exports of the first 63. 1.000 percent of the first 66,5 consisted of producer-exporter companies. While 1.000 percent of the first 57,7 companies were in the Marmara Region, companies from 52 provinces were included in the list.
