It brings citizens together with Healthy Kitchen Workshops with the training activities organized by the Bornova Municipality at the Kitchen Workshop in Evka 3. In the prepared trainings, how to make sugar-free and gluten-free products, especially for celiac patients, is taught.
In the workshops organized with the concept of Healthy Kitchen, it is explained how to make products such as bread, pasta, ice cream, cookies, cake, profiteroles and eclairs without using sugar and gluten. Workshops conducted under the direction of trainers Şehirban Sarı and Emine Yılmaz attracted great attention.
Bornova Mayor Dr. Stating that health is the first priority, Mustafa İduğ said, “Our main goal in this study is to show people who have gluten allergy or who are close to them correctly, and to show practical recipes that they can make at home. The recipes described in the Healthy Kitchen Workshops are prepared for people with celiac disease.” said.
