With the resumption of cruise ship voyages after the pandemic, giant cruise ships started to anchor in Turkish ports one after another. Odyssey of the Seas, one of the newest ships of Royal Carribean Cruise Lines to land in 2021, has 347 decks, 5 restaurants, 500 pools and 14 cabins.

It is planned to make 16 expeditions to Kusadasi.

Odyssey of the Seas, which has the distinction of being the largest cruise ship ever to come to Turkey, was welcomed with a band and folk dance team at Ege Port Kuşadası with a total of 4 passengers. Tourists, who left the ship after entering the country, also visited the world-famous Ancient City of Ephesus and the House of Virgin Mary.

The ship, which made its maiden voyage on May 11, plans to make 16 voyages to Kuşadası this year. The ship is planning voyages covering the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas between May and October 2022, departing from the port of Civitavecchia (Rome) and lasting between 7 and 12 days. The ship will visit prominent Greek islands such as Mykonos and Santorini as well as Aegean Port Kuşadası.
