TCDD Transportation Inc. 2022/1 Institutional Administrative Board Meeting was held on Wednesday, April 20, at the Headquarters building. The demands of the General Authorized Union Transportation Officer-Sen were discussed at the JCC meeting.

Transportation Officer-Sen's TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. The agenda items of the 2022/1 GCC Meeting are as follows;

1- Completion of the process carried out for the provision of Protective Clothing Aid, which is our achievement of the 6th Term Collective Agreement, by accelerating.

2- Opening the Promotion and Change of Title Exam. (Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, Office Chief, Engineer, Technician, Technician etc.)

3- Opening electronic transfers regularly in order to meet personnel transfer requests in the institution.

4- Making arrangements to give Workshop compensation to Technicians and Technicians working in the Workshops.

5- Giving mobile phones and telephone lines to the personnel who are in the position of Supervisor (President, Vice President, Regional Manager, Deputy Regional Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Chief etc.) in the workplaces.

6- Improving the physical conditions of active personnel rest rooms. In addition, the arrangement of a suitable area within the Samsun Station Basin as an active personnel rest room.

7- Establishment of Administrative and Social Affairs Service Directorates in TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. Regional Directorates.

8- Giving workers to the Karabük Ülkü Wagon Service Chief to work between 00.00 and 08.00 at night.

9- Allocating drivers to vehicles procured with service procurement. (Not allowing personnel to drive)

10- Machinists also carry out the duty of Train Supervisor. For this reason, initiating the necessary procedures for the Machinists to receive the title of 'Chief Machinist'.

11- Assigning the relevant personnel by combining the titles of Inspector, Chief Inspector, Wagon Technician, Wagon Chief Technician and Wagon Service Chief under the title of 'Train Preparation Technical Controller'.

12- Comprehensive amendment of the Lodging Directive in a way that will not cause personnel grievances.
