Marmaray Fees Are Also Raised! The Shortest Transportation Fee Was 7.67 TL

At the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Coordination Center (UKOME) meeting held today, it was agreed on the public transportation hike, and a 40 percent hike was made in public transportation prices.

Along with the transportation hike, the Marmaray, which is affiliated to the Ministry of Transportation, has also increased.

The new increased prices in Marmaray were as follows:

• The shortest transportation fee in Marmaray is from 5,48 TL to 7,67 TL,
• Full track from 12,12 TL to 16,97 TL
• While the shortest distance fee for the student is 2,67 TL, it is 3.74 TL.
• The full track student fee is from 5,48 TL to 7,67 TL.
• For teacher and other discounted passes, the 3,92 short distance fare was increased to 5,49 TL, and the full track fee of 8,45 TL was increased to 11,83 TL. One late ticket went from 23 TL to 32 TL, 2 late tickets from 35 TL to 49 TL, 3 late tickets from 67 TL to 94 TL.
