Three airports from Turkey were among the top 3 airports with the highest number of flights in Europe. According to the June 10 flight traffic report prepared by the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL), Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Antalya Airport are among the top 27 airports with the highest number of flights in Europe.
According to data from 27 June, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport ranked first with 830 flights, while Istanbul Airport ranked second with 818 flights.
In the list, where Frankfurt Airport ranked third with 805 flights, Sabiha Gökçen Airport ranked 580th with 7 flights.
Antalya Airport, which experienced serious activity with the start of the tourism season, ranked 577th in the list with 9 flights.
