In the case of the realization of the project, approximately 31 thousand trees will be cut in the forested region, which includes juniper, cedar, larch and oak trees in an area of 200 thousand hectares.
As ESÇEVDER, we oppose the crushing and screening facilities to be established on the pastures of Beylikova district, Süleymaniye, Yalınlı and Dumluca neighborhoods / villages. ESÇEVDER is not against mineral exploration. We stand by our peasants to prevent our forests, agricultural areas, pastures and clean water resources from disappearing. Not only in Eskisehir, Turkey, no matter where our productive farmland, clean our water resources and to cut thousands of trees çıkmakt We have always together.
Besides the killing of 31 thousand trees in the 200 thousand hectare area for the mine site, agricultural areas, clean water resources and healing water resources will be damaged by the project. Wild animals such as red deer and badger also live in the region. Pasture areas, which are common for sheep and goat farming, where the people of the region provide their livelihood by destroying the wildlife in the region, will also be killed.
Toxic wastes used in mineral exploration mixing with Porsuk Stream Porsuk Stream will become dirty. With the contamination of Porsuk Stream, agricultural production will end on agricultural lands and no creatures will survive on Porsuk Stream.
