The International City, Environment and Health Congress has chosen its theme as Yaş Living Healthy in the City için to show that there is no place for despair in life.
What is being done, what should be done to make healthy living possible in the cities where we all live, read, work and evaluate our free time?
While industrial pollution was the most worrying situation in cities a few decades ago, how today's kemik modern ”lifestyles, along with the ossified city, environmental and health issues, affect our health?
Lack of physical activity, sedentary life and obesity have been added to urban life and started to threaten health. The solution appears to be healthy eating, reducing stress, increasing physical activity and reducing obesity. What are your future plans on these issues? Are these solutions possible in cities?
Do you have opportunities for healthy living in the city where you woke up this morning? For example; can you easily go from place to place without getting in your car? What facilities will the city offer you for your daily physical activity?
The first congress held before this “City Environment and Health Cooperation”, the second “Cities of the Future” we have been with the theme. This time our theme is amak Living Healthy in the City ”. 3, where we will talk about being healthy in the city, share our ideas, meet, and have a pleasant time.
