While the road works on the Avcılar-Beylikdüzü metrobus line continued at full speed in Istanbul, an interesting accident occurred yesterday morning. On Haramidere slope on the E-5 highway, a vehicle fell into a 1.5 meter pit opened by the municipality for road construction. Ebru Korcan (36), who was slightly injured in the incident, said that a jeep squeezed his car and found himself in the pit. Police teams coming to the scene could not hide their surprise. It turned out that there was an accident on Monday at the same place. Stating that there were no signs during the incident, Korcan said that a warning sign was placed around the pit and that he would sue the highways.
