President Sami Er Celebrated the Holidays with the Staff

Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Sami Er congratulated the Metropolitan Municipality staff. Metropolitan Municipality managers and employees attended the celebration ceremony held on the ground floor (foyer area) of the Metropolitan Municipality Service Building.

Praise be to God, we spent the holiday in peace

Speaking at the Eid celebration program with the Metropolitan Municipality staff, Mayor Er said, “We have gathered for the Eid al-Fitr. Happy Eid to all of you. Praise be to Allah, we had a beautiful month of Ramadan, we fasted and prayed. As a reward, God granted us the holiday. Thank God, we spent the holiday in peace. Celebration; It is peace, sharing, love and respect. I think we should live the holiday within the law of brotherhood. Because where there is no peace and brotherhood, there is no order, order or love. I think we are all human, we are all brothers, and we should move forward with tolerance and good feelings towards each other.

As a country, we are in a difficult geography. Unfortunately, as the Islamic geography, we had a sad holiday in the world. Our brothers in the Islamic geography are under oppression and experiencing great difficulties, especially the war in Gaza. "This caused us to have a bittersweet holiday," he said.

WE EXPERIENCED OUR FESTIVALS WITH BADNESS AFTER THE 6 FEBRUARY EARTHQUAKES

Continuing his speech, Mayor Er said, “As Malatya, we experienced our holidays with sadness after the February 6 earthquakes. During the election campaign, I visited the containers in our country one by one. What will happen to our city in this process? How do we ensure that our citizens move to permanent homes as soon as possible? We were in consultation with them. Because we are aware of the idea that our citizens should live regularly. That's why we had a sad holiday. Our real holiday is when we raise our Malatya together. In this regard, we will raise our city together by displaying a management in love, brotherhood and peace. Otherwise, this work will go nowhere with incompatibilities. We should not lose our hope. We must be the hope of this city. So never despair. Despair is one of the greatest diseases. In this regard, we trust ourselves, our acquis and you, our employees. In this context, I believe that we will hopefully get Malatya back on its feet as soon as possible. At the same time, thank God, we have a strong President and government. In this way, our Malatya will stand up in a short time. When we heal the wounds of the February 6 earthquakes, we will celebrate the real holiday together. "May God grant us many more beautiful holidays," he said.
