He carried out detailed analyzes of heating and cooling systems at Angst+Pfister company operating in Switzerland by BTSO EVM, which has carried out important studies on energy and resource efficiency. In this context, research was carried out on the use of alternative energy sources for energy and heat generation. Within the scope of the study, measurements for lighting system, motor pump systems, thermal losses, evaluation of waste heat and improvement of production processes were analyzed.

BTSO EVM Contributed to Our Sustainability Goal

Angst+Pfister Company Quality Engineer Ahmet Çetinel said that Angst Pfister company provides worldwide engineering, development, testing service, production and supply chain services to its customers. Expressing that the company operates for different sectors, especially the automotive sector, Çetinel said, “We felt the need to collect the right data in order to determine our actions in the sustainability process, which we started with the realization of the carbon footprint calculations of the entire group, including our business. At this point, our paths crossed with BTSO EVM. First of all, we carried out an energy efficiency study in our factory in Bursa. After the improvements, we did the same work in our logistics center in Switzerland. We carry out studies aimed at a sustainable future that focuses on our environment and the needs of people. We think that the energy efficiency studies we carried out with BTSO EVM also help us achieve this goal. The support we received during the studies in Bursa, the meticulousness in the measurements and reporting, the level of meeting our needs with the reported data and the suggestions given to us were effective in our preference for BTSO EVM in Switzerland.” said.

Turkey's Only Laboratory in This Field

BTSO EVM Manager Canpolat Çakal stated that the most effective way to get rid of waste and to produce efficiently is through detailed energy studies and said, “The Energy Efficiency Center, which accelerates its activities for this purpose day by day, is an energy efficiency consultancy company authorized by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. Our center, which performs measurements on all energy-consuming equipment with fully equipped devices, is the only laboratory in Turkey in this field accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency. Our services; It is in demand from many cities such as Istanbul, Tekirdağ, Manisa, Eskişehir, Kütahya, Konya, Trabzon and Hatay, as well as from abroad. Detailed Analysis Has Been Made

Noting that BTSO EVM's work in Switzerland is very important, Canpolat Çakal said, “We are happy to have started energy efficiency studies in Europe. We conducted detailed energy studies at Angst+Pfister in Switzerland. Leakage measurements were carried out in the compressed air lines of the facility, where products are sent all over the world and where the production workshops are located. We prepared efficiency reports by making current compressor measurements. We performed detailed analyzes on heating and cooling systems. Our center, which was designed with the vision of our chamber, will continue to contribute to the productivity-oriented works of the business world.” used the phrases.
