Continuing to expand and strengthen its vehicle fleet in line with the needs of the capital, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Fire Brigade Department added 16 new service vehicles to its fleet in order to respond more effectively and quickly to fire and rescue operations. Ankara Fire Department, which increased the number of vehicles to 246, completed the tender process for 24 new vehicles.

Ankara Fire Department continues to expand and strengthen its vehicle fleet and personnel staff in order to protect the life and property safety of citizens in the Capital.

25 new service vehicles purchased in order to be able to respond more effectively and quickly, from fires to traffic accidents, from floods and floods to rescue operations, in a total of 16 districts of the capital, were included in the Ankara Fire Brigade fleet. Ankara Fire Department, which increased the number of vehicles to 246, completed the tender process for 24 new vehicles.

NUMBER OF VEHICLES INCREASED TO 246

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department Head Salih Kurumlu stated that they aim to increase the quality of service provided by the Ankara Fire Department to the residents of the Capital City, and made the following statements:

“Our organization, which works 7 hours a day, 24 days a week in order to protect the loss of life and property of our citizens of Ankara and to minimize their damage, provides service in a day with approximately 350 intervention personnel and 25 stations in 46 districts. We increased the number of vehicles to 230 by adding 9 new vehicles to our fleet with the purchase of 12 2-ton tankers, 2 rescue vehicles, 1 mobile repair vehicles, 1 fresh air cylinder vehicle, 1 tow truck and 16 fuel oil tanker to our 246 vehicles. ”
