With the event to be organized in cooperation with Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality and Eclipse Hunters, the partial solar eclipse to be experienced on October 25 will be observed in Rumkale, the pearl of the Euphrates.

Applications for the free-of-charge event, which will be prepared for the citizens of Gazi to witness the last solar eclipse that can be seen from Turkey until 2027, will be made through the extension numbers 0 and 342 of Müzeyyen Erkul Science Center at 211 12 00 8840 8841.

THERE WILL BE A QUOTA FOR 200 PEOPLE

In the event, which will be attended by 200 people, Eclipse Hunters will make a presentation in Rumkale. In the eclipse, which is harmful to be watched with the naked eye, special filter glasses will be given to the participants, and they can also be followed with a telescope. During the partial solar eclipse, first contact, maximum closure and last contact will be followed.

The maximum phase of the partial solar eclipse, which will occur between 12.40-15.05.
