Public Transportation Fees Increased by 20 Percent in Antalya

An increased tariff will be applied to public transport fares in Antalya as of March 15.

The request for a raise in transportation fees was evaluated at the General Assembly of the Transportation Coordination Center Presidency within the scope of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Planning and Rail System Department.

According to the new regulation, which will be valid as of March 15, the full ticket for urban public transportation is 9 liras and 60 kurus, the transportation fee for pensioners and teachers is 8 liras 40 kurus, the student is 4 liras, and the transfer fee is 3 liras.

In addition, the taximeter tariffs were also changed. Accordingly, the taximeter opening fee was 10 lira, the kilometer fee was 14 lira, the meter unit fee was 1 lira 40 cents, the hourly wage was 54 lira, and the short distance fee was 40 lira.
