At the fourth meeting of Niğde Provincial Coordination Board held with the participation of representatives of investor organisations, the status of the projects across the province was discussed. High Speed Train Network Expands
At the meeting, Governor Çelik emphasised the vital importance of public investments for the development of the province and improving the quality of life. The most critical development in the transport sector was the finalisation of the double-track railway works for the Ulukışla-Karaman and Ereğli high speed train line.
After the completion of this line by the end of the year, an important high speed train corridor will be completed with the tender for Ulukışla signalling. This line will radically change the transport infrastructure of the region by connecting Ankara, Konya, Karaman and Ulukışla.
In the meeting, representatives of the institutions made detailed presentations on current projects, problems encountered and solutions to these problems, reinforcing the importance of cooperation and coordination.
