Antalya Metropolitan Municipality subsidiary Antalya Ulaşım A.Ş. hosted the Extraordinary General Assembly of All Rail Systems Operators Association (TÜRSİD), of which it is a member.
TÜRSİD Board of Directors Meeting and Extraordinary General Assembly was hosted by Antalya Ulaşım AŞ. Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Antalya Ulaşım A.Ş. Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager Melih Dipova informed the participants about the new rail system projects of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and the rail system lines and businesses operated by Antalya Ulaşım AŞ. Dr Özgür Soy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRSİD and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metro Istanbul, expressed his satisfaction with the meeting held in Antalya.
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF TÜRSİD WAS HELD
Melih Dipova, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antalya Ulaşım AŞ, was elected as the chairman of the council at the General Assembly. At the meeting, which started with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, the amendments to the bylaws were unanimously accepted, the dues were decided and the decisions of the new board of directors were signed. The meeting ended after the wishes and wishes.
Speaking at the general assembly meeting, Dr. Özgür Soy stated that TÜRSİD has entered a strong transformation process in the new period and said, “As TÜRSİD, we have redefined our goals and ways of working by initiating a strong breakthrough process in the new period. We are now on our way to becoming not only a platform where experiences are shared, but also a centre where knowledge is produced, recorded and reason is shared. For this reason, we are working with a strong will to turn TÜRSİD into a “knowledge bank”, a “rail system library” and even a “consultation centre”.”
