Izmit Municipality filed a criminal complaint to demand the rights of its personnel
Upon the request of the residents of Tavşantepe Neighborhood, Izmit Municipality carried out improvements, lighting and staircase work on the City Hospital connection road, and asphalt work was planned on the same road at the weekend in order to facilitate citizens' access to the hospital. On the way they went for preparation, Izmit Municipality workers were not allowed into the area by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality personnel and were physically attacked.
INJUSTICE AND ATTACK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Izmit Municipality filed a criminal complaint regarding the incident in question. Izmit Municipality, which took immediate action regarding the incident in which its employees were victimized, stated that they would not accept any injustice or attack on their employees.
