Mayor Aktaş said, “In addition to our good news of urban transformation of 100 thousand houses, there is another issue that I care about very much. We are building 16 thousand new social houses in our city in the coming period. With this project, we make our citizens who do not have a home, especially our newly married couples, retirees and workers, homeowners with affordable prices and payment terms. With social housing projects, we will produce housing for our citizens in both the east and west of our city. "We will continue our urban transformation works in priority areas throughout Bursa, especially in Mudanya and Gemlik districts, which have district municipalities that have no action plan other than evacuating the municipality building," he said.
