Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality took a very important step for urban transformation in Sakarya. The Metropolitan Municipality, which established KONUT A.Ş. to create safe, strong and earthquake-resistant residential areas, gave 150 citizens the excitement of owning a house in its first project.
Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem Yüce also participated in the draw held at Atatürk Indoor Sports Hall.
DRAW FOR 150 HOUSES
AK Party Sakarya Deputy Murat Kaya, AK Party Sakarya Provincial Women's Branch Deputy Chairman Merve Kalender, Barbers Chamber President Haluk Hacıoğlu and Metropolitan Bureaucrats took part in the program. With the draw held by Sakarya 5th Notary Public, the owners of 75 2+1 and 75 3+1 houses, which are aesthetic, useful and earthquake resistant, were determined. In addition, a total of 50 reserve names were drawn, 100 for each housing group.
Speaking at the program, Mayor Yüce said, “During the application process that continued from November 15 to December 22, we received an average of over a thousand applications for the 150 houses of our housing project carried out as Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality. During this process, the intense interest and trust from you, our valued citizens, made us proud. The lesson that the 99 earthquake gave us was renewed with the February 6 earthquake. We no longer have even one step of privilege to give regarding safe construction. On this occasion, the fact that our Sakarya is at risk of earthquake made us conscious of building more durable and safe houses.”
IT WILL RISE IN 12 BLOCKS
Talking about other details about the project, Yüce noted that the residences that will rise in 12 blocks within the scope of the project will spread over a large area of 23 thousand square meters.
AK Party Sakarya Deputy Murat Kaya, who spoke at the draw, said, “As a brother of yours who served as mayor, our mayor Ekrem Yüce, who worked like a bee, day and night, especially in the last 5 years of Sakarya, is an example in municipalism. I congratulate our President for the work he has done. "I hope it will be beneficial to our citizens who are entitled to it," he said.
