German Artist Uriel Salnaitis Was Scammed

Uriel Salnaitis stated that he worked with Şahin Özer in music and production works and said, “I made a mistake without asking Şahin Özer and without his knowledge. I made an agreement with a PR company working in Turkey. When Şahin Özer heard about this agreement, he said, "Oh, why did you make an agreement with this company? They are fraudsters." In the first place, I sent 12 thousand Euros to this PR company. I sent this money from my account in Germany to the account in Turkey. Our agreement was that my music would be played and my clips would be aired in the magazine services of all major newspapers, music channels and all radios. However, this PR company did not fulfill any of the conditions of this agreement, and a few fake news appeared in the local press. I sent a total of 60 thousand Euros for this job, but I did not receive any service. All relevant documents are available, and as you know, I live in Germany. However, in these news, they portrayed me as if I was living in Turkey. I am very angry in this regard. It is not correct journalism to insist that I am portrayed as an artist living in Turkey, even though I insistently state that I live in Germany.

At that time in 2021, its price was 20 thousand. Even though I paid 20 Thousand TL to get a Blue Tick on Facebook and Instagram for my Social Media accounts, they did not get me a blue tick, and finally Şahin Özer bought me a Blue Tick. In the following period, I did research about this PR company and learned that they had 40 lawsuits filed against them who were victims like me and that the trials of these cases were ongoing.

As a result, for the total of 60 thousand Euros I paid, my songs were to be played in all major press and magazines, radios and TV Music channels, they did not comply with any conditions.

Of course, there are reliable PR companies in Turkey as well as unreliable companies like this. In this context, research the reliability of the PR companies you will work with very well and make an agreement accordingly, do not be defrauded like me.

As a result of these events, I fell into depression and had nervous breakdowns, my health deteriorated and my immunity dropped significantly. As you know, I caught coronavirus and my doctor banned me from going on stage because the virus was moving towards my brain. I have documents regarding this issue and I can share them with anyone who wants. These documents are ready with my lawyer in Turkey, I am waiting for the appropriate and right time to file a lawsuit. It is announced to the public with respect.”
