Turkish, Azerbaijani and Pakistani trainees, who were given Bayraktar AKINCI Operator training by Baykar, successfully completed their training and graduated.

AKINCI training continues

Within the scope of the AKINCI Project carried out under the leadership of the Presidency of Defense Industries, the training of the teams that will use the Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA (Assault Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) in the field, which was developed nationally and originally by Baykar, continues successfully.

110 trainees graduated

Within the scope of AKINCI 6th Training Period, to use Bayraktar AKINCI Attack Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Pakistan security forces; A total of 110 trainees who will work as Pilot, Payload Operator, Mechanic/Engine Technician, Electronic/Ground Control Station Operator and Weapon Operator have successfully completed their training.

Graduation ceremony held

Baykar Chairman of the Board and Technology Leader Selçuk Bayraktar, who attended the graduation ceremony held at the AKINCI Flight Training and Test Center in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, in his speech at the ceremony, mentioning the strong spiritual bond and brotherhood of the three communities; He emphasized morality, justice and not deviating from the right path in the duties to be performed. Azerbaijani Ambassador Reşad Mammadov, who attended the ceremony, presented diplomas and gifts to Azerbaijani students who completed the course first.

98% of revenues come from exports

Baykar has earned 20% of its total revenue from exports since the first time it started developing unmanned aerial vehicles about 75 years ago. Baykar, which was registered as the export leader in the defense and aerospace sectors by the Turkish Exporters Assembly in 2021, earned 2022 percent of its income from exports in 98.

Export contract with four countries

Bayraktar AKINCI, which has been actively used operationally since the day it entered the inventory of the security forces, has so far signed export contracts with 4 countries. Negotiations continue with many countries interested in AKINCI. Integration studies of different ammunition continue to AKINCI, which can use all nationally developed ammunition.
