A total of 32 personnel, 2 Engineers, 8 Technicians, 1 Civil Servants, 18 Guard and Security Officer and 61 Concierge (Servant) graduates, will be recruited through an oral exam to employ Administrative Service Contracted Personnel in the Central and Provincial Organization of the Turkish Standards Institute.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Candidates in order to apply for the oral exam;

1) To carry the general conditions listed in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.

2) To graduate from the education programs specified in the table. (Higher education institutions in the country, which are determined to have equal rights with the graduates of the department in the table by the Higher Education Council, and those who graduate from higher education institutions abroad, which are given equivalence certificates, can also apply, provided that they meet the other conditions and submit the necessary documents during the application.)

3) Not to be 01.01.2022 years old as of 35 (Those who were born on 01.01.1987 and later)

4) Not having any interest in military service or not having reached the age of military service, having completed or postponed active military service or have been transferred to the reserve class, if they have reached the age of military service.

5) For the Engineer staff in section 3 of the table, those who have a Welding Engineering Diploma/Certificate within the scope of International Welding personnel certification programs (International Institute of Welding Welding Engineering Diploma/Certificate) and those who have been entitled to receive a Welding Engineering Diploma/Certificate as of the deadline are preferred. will be considered as the cause.

6) In the applications to be made for the engineering staff, at least C level score (at least 5 and above) from the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS/e-YDS) held within the last 70 (five) years as of the application deadline, or Assessment, To have another internationally valid score accepted by the Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in terms of language proficiency.

7) For the Protection and Security Officer in section 14 of the table;

  • a) To have a private security guard identity card (with the inscription armed) that has not expired as of the application deadline,
  • b) To have a positive security investigation pursuant to Article 5188 of the Law on Private Security Services No. 10,
  • c) Not to be shorter than 170 cm in men and 160 cm in women. The difference between the last two digits of the height in centimeters and weight should not be more than 13, not less than 17, (For example, the weight of a candidate who is 180 cm tall should not be more than 80+13=93, and not less than 80-17=63 required.)
  • ç) Since the shift system will be applied in this position, there should be no obstacle to working in the shift system day and night, indoors and outdoors.

8) Candidates are required to scan the information and documents proving the above-mentioned conditions of participation in the exam and their reasons for preference, and attach them to the relevant sections of the application form.

9) Applications will be made on a provincial basis, and candidates can only apply for one of the positions in the table.

10) Candidates are deemed to have accepted and committed to work for at least 5 (five) years in the provinces they have settled.

11) Not to have any health barriers for him/her to work continuously in all parts of Turkey. 12) After completing the application process, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated. Responsibility in this regard belongs to the applicant.

METHOD AND PLACE OF APPLICATION

Candidates can submit their applications via e-Government after the publication of the recruitment announcement in the Announcements section of the Career Gate and Turkish Standards Institute (tse.org.tr) website, and via the Turkish Standards Institute - Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr ​​address. - by logging in with the state password and uploading the documents required for the application to the system, between 28/09/2022 – 12/10/2022 until 23:59:59. Applications of those who submit incomplete documents will not be accepted. The Institute reserves the right to extend the application period. Applications that are not submitted electronically via e-Government will not be considered. Applications submitted by hand or sent by post will not be accepted.

According to the education programs of the candidates who will apply for the positions of Engineer, Technician, Officer, Protection and Security, and Concierge (Servant) and the KPSS score types determined, according to the order to be made starting from the candidate with the highest score, 4 (four) times the number of positions to be appointed. candidate is entitled to take the oral exam. However, candidates who have the same score as the last candidate as a result of the ranking made for the study program and score type are entitled to take the exam. Candidates who are entitled to take the oral exam are announced on the official website of the Institute on 20/10/2022.
