Beltur, a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, continues to produce projects for women to have a greater place in business life. Beltur started a cooperation with the “Cones Made Beautiful by Women's Labor” project carried out by the Carte D'or brand.
EMPLOYMENT FOR 40 WOMEN
First of all, vocational and technical trainings were given to the candidates who applied to the project, which started out with the aim of increasing women's employment. All women who apply through İBB Careers; He received extensive training consisting of 10 modules in total, including 'Spoonmaking and Presentation Techniques', 'Service Culture', 'Crepe and Waffle Making', 'Price Balance', 'Income-Expenditure Table'. After completing their training, 40 women started working at Beltur Ice Cream sales points on different routes in Istanbul.
Beltur Deputy General Manager Emir Sami İşmen stated that this and similar project works aimed at increasing women's employment will be increased and said that the cooperation with the Women's Labour, Beautified Cones Project will continue. İşmen said that Beltur Ice Cream points will reach 40 in the near future.
