Geographical indication registered products brought to the city in line with the efforts of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) make significant contributions to the business volume of the sectors. BTSO, the umbrella organization of the Bursa business world, increases the economic value by registering the flavors of Bursa, which is among the most important gastronomy cities of Turkey.
